摘要:乳业是21世纪极具发展潜力和广阔前景的一项朝阳产业。乳制品行业是温饱社会向小康社会转型中消费结构升级的一个突出代表，随着人民生活水平提高和消费观念的转变，乳制品正在逐渐成为城市居民每天必需的消费品，人们的饮食结构也在向营养化、科学化的方向发展，乳品作为最完善的食物，日益受到人们的青睐。同时乳业的发展对农业、畜牧业等将有很强的推动作用。
目前我国乳业已进入一个快速发展时期，从产量、人均消费量、产业销售额、利润率等多个指标来看，乳业己成为公认的高速发展的热点行业。但在市场高度繁荣的背后，隐藏的有很多的问题。乳制品种类日益繁多，企业间的竞争也不断加剧，价格战、奶源战、资本战等一浪高过一浪，同时乳品质量安全事件也是一波未平一波又起，暴露出诸多隐忧。
本文的第一张是绪论部分，介绍本文的研究目的和意义以及介绍了他人对本文主题的研究。第二章开始先介绍我国乳业发展的现状，从乳业的奶源生产、乳制品加工、乳品消费以及乳品贸易四个方面介绍了我国乳制品行业的现状。第三章开始，分析我国乳业发展存在的问题，并且对其进行了原因分析。第四章，引用蒙牛的案例进行定性的分析，蒙牛企业在面对问题时是如何解决问题的，并介绍了其成功的经验。第五章，针对前面提出的问题给出相应的政策建议。最后一章结论与展望。
针对中国乳业事件频发的现状，从多方面分析了其根源，并提出改进建议，因此，研究此课题对中国乳品行业的发展具有现实意义。

ABSTRACT:Dairy industry is of great development potential and broad prospects in 21st century and it is a sunrise industry. Dairy industry is the transformation of food and clothing to the well-off society in a prominent representative of the consumption structure upgrade, as people living standard enhancement and the change of consumption idea, dairy products are gradually become urban residents required daily consumer goods, in people's diet structure is also in the development towards the direction of the eutrophication, scientific, dairy products, as "the most perfect food\", is becoming more and more popular . At the same time, the development of dairy industry in agriculture, animal husbandry and so on will have a strong role in promoting.
At present, China's dairy industry has entered a rapid development period, from the production, the per capita consumption, industry sales, profit margins, and other metrics, dairy industry has become recognized as a hot industry high-speed development. But behind the market highly prosperous, hidden a lot of problems. Dairy sort is various, the competition between enterprises are rising, the price war, wave upon wave of milk wars, capital, etc. At the same time, dairy products quality security incident wave is not something new, exposed a lot of concerns.
The second chapter introduced in this paper the present situation of the dairy industry development in our country. From the milk of dairy production, dairy products processing, dairy consumption and dairy trade four aspects introduces the present situation of dairy industry in our country. The third chapter, analizes the existing problems in the development of dairy industry in our country, and analizes its reasons. The fourth chapter, reference hoodwinks the cow the case for qualitative analysis, and how the mengniu company solve the problems, and give out its successful experience. The fifth chapter, in view of the question ,the corresponding policy Suggestions are given. The last chapter is conclusion and its prospect.
In view of the situation of Chinese dairy frequent events, from various aspects analyzes the root cause, and puts forward Suggestions for improvement, therefore, research on this subject for the development of China's dairy industry has practical significance.
