摘要：南京市中小企业是南京经济发展的坚实基础,是最具活力的增长点。本文通过分析南京市中小企业的发展现状，来了解南京市中小企业在南京社会经济发展中发挥的极其重要的作用。针对现阶段南京市中小企业发展创新能力存在的问题，提出了促进南京市中小企业发展创新能力的建议。这不仅具有重要的理论价值，而且对于扶持我国中小企业成为创新主体，建设创新型国家具有非常重要的现实意义。

Abstract: Nanjing SMEs are the solid foundation of Nanjing's economic development is the most dynamic growth point. 随着现代社会经济的快速发展，产业结构、产品结构和企业结构调整步伐加快，新兴产业迅猛发展，传统的产业结构发生巨大变化，因此中小企业的地位日益显现。在越来越激烈的市场竞争下，为了适应新的竞争环境和竞争规则，中小企业发展的关键是提高以技术创新能力为主要标志的核心竞争力，而企业核心竞争力的关键就是企业的创新能力。因此我们要做到：大力培育企业创新观念改革投融资体制;优化创新资源的配置;人力资源战略的观念创新;政府加强基础设施建设，建立适合中小企业发展的产业政策;加强企业、研究机构、大学之间的合作。只有企业创新能力的不断提升，企业才会越战越强，越强越大。随着国家创新体系的逐步完善，中小企业技术创新之路必将越走越远！
