摘要: 本文主要从优化创业环境的作用、南京创业环境的现状、目前优化南京创业环境中存在的问题及相应解决措施四方面着手，对南京创业环境进行研究分析。其中，第一部分主要阐述创业环境的概念以及优化创业环境的作用；第二部分主要介绍南京创业环境的现状和优化南京创业环境中存在的一些问题，主要从政治政策、社会文化、人文教育等方面进行分析；第三部分就是针对目前优化南京创业环境中出现的问题，提出相应的完善措施。

Abstract:This article will research and analyze the entrepreneurial environment of Nanjing in four aspects: the domestic status、 the advantage、the problems and the strategies to solve them. Among them, the first part mainly elaborates the concept of entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurial environment in Nanjing; the second part mainly introduces the optimize Nanjing poineering environment, divided into two blocks: optimize poineering environment and why Nanjing should optimize poineering environment; the third part mainly from the political policy, social culture, humanities education to analyze optimizing Nanjing poineering environmental problems; the fourth part is to put forward the corresponding improvement measures.

目前，南京存在创业文化氛围不强,市民创业热情不高，政策不够完善，金融市场不发达，创业人员的教育和培训、相关的组织建设、信息服务少等缺陷，我们需要通过培养创业意识，完善创业政策，拓宽金融渠道，完善创业辅导，建立健全创业服务体系等措施来优化南京创业环境。这样不但可以吸引更多的资金注入南京市场，让更多的人有创业激情，也可以提高南京的核心竞争力，加快城市的进程。
