摘要:随着社会的发展，环境保护和节约资源的问题受到人们越来越多的关注。我国已成为手机产品的消费大国，随着手机更新换代的速度提高，废旧手机淘汰率变得越来越高，废旧手机产生量巨大。如何对废旧手机进行合理的再利用，减少资源的浪费，降低对环境的危害成为一个亟待解决的问题。
当前诺基亚主要是采取与中国邮政合作方式，借助邮政完善的网点开展逆向物流回收活动。诺基亚目前没有建立完整的逆向物流信息系统，同时对于回收废旧手机欠缺一定的经济支持。本文分析广州诺基亚逆向物流现状，提出诺基亚逆向物流实施应该建立与各参与方的合理的利益驱动机制和有偿回收模式，才能够全面改善广州诺基亚逆向物流的现状，整合了回收各环节，实现废旧手机的回收利用。

How to reasonable recycling waste mobile phone, reduce the waste of resources, reduce the harm to the environment become a problem to be solved. Waste mobile phone reverse logistics system can not only accumulated product data, prediction for the enterprise, decision provides basic data, but also keep the important customer loyalty marketing method.
