摘要:配送中心是物流配送网络中的枢纽,也是企业供应链管理的重要设施之一。我国新兴的配送中心的建设总体水平较低,如何优化配送业务流程使配送中心更好的服务于物流行业。本文主要以广东省华润万家深圳总配送中心这一典型的例子进行对配送中心业务流程进行优化设计。通过一个月在深圳总配送中心实地调研,发现配送中心订单作业、出库作业、入库作业、盘点作业、货品管理、分拣作业、退货作业业务流程方面存在的一些问题,提出针对配送中心业务流程存在可改善的问题进行业务流程优化设计,并灵活运用先进的技术,实现减少人工劳动力、节省时间和工作误差的效果,最终做到整体配送中心业务流程优化,为企业创造经济效益。
