摘要:安庆是长江沿岸重要的港口城市，中小外贸企业是其出口贸易的重要力量，对区域经济的繁荣和社会的进步与稳定做出了巨大的贡献。然而在金融危机中安庆中小外贸企业遭受巨大冲击，暴露出发展中的各种问题。本文在简述企业所面临的国内外背景下，深刻剖析企业在发展过程中存在的诸如用工成本上升、融资难等问题及问题背后的原因，并针对分析的结果提出符合企业发展的对策和建议，以实现安庆中小外贸企业的转型和升级，进一步促进企业的发展和区域经济的繁荣。

Abstract:Anqing is a important port along the Yangtze River, the small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises are the important force in export trade, which have made a great contribution to the regional economic prosperity and social’s progress and stability. However, those foreign trade enterprises suffered great impacts in the financial crisis, which exposed various problems in their development. This article will briefly introduce the situation at home and abroad, and deeply analyse the problems in their development process, such as rising labor costs, financing difficulties and the reasons behind these problems. At the meantime, it will give some advise and strategies on the results of those analyses in order to achieve the transformation and upgrading of the Anqing small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises ,so as to better promote the development of enterprises and regional economic prosperity.

研究的目的和意义
中小外贸经济是安庆经济发展的重要助推器，中小外贸企业的发展和转型对安庆产业结构的调整和升级起着导向作用。本文通过对安庆中小外贸企业面临的困境进行分析，进一步探讨提出企业走出困境的策略，以促进企业的可持续发展和区域经济的不断繁荣。我认为对安庆中小外贸企业走出困境的策略探讨主要有以下意义:
1.对安庆中小外贸企业走出困境的策略研究，能够推动中小外贸经济的进一步发展，弥补现有市场的不足，实现安庆地区就业的增加和社会物质财富的积累，推动安庆地区城市化的发展进程。
2.安庆是安徽重要的港口城市，其中小外贸企业的发展具有典型的代表意义。研究安庆中小外贸企业发展面临的困境，提出走出困境的策略，对安徽省其它城市中小外贸企业的发展具有借鉴和指导意义。
3.安庆是上海经济圈和武汉经济圈之间的纽带，其中小外贸企业的发展能够承接两大经济圈的产业转移，促进区域间经济的共同繁荣。
