摘要:随着改革开放的进一步深入，中国经济也保持了稳健的发展。河南省也抓住这一契机，在保持农产品的产量和质量的同时，开发并扩展农产品出口的国际市场，并进一步加强农产品的深加工，产品远销韩国、日本、欧美国际市场等。作为全国的农产品生产大省，粮、棉、肉、蛋的产量均居全国前列，但是2012年河南省的农产品出口总量仅占全国的2.12%.这与全国农产品生产大省的地位极不相称。而今又面对国际反倾销措施和绿色贸易壁垒等贸易保护主义的抬头，人民币升值导致原本的价格优势不复存在，禽流感疫情的国际影响扩大，政府支持政策措施不完善等因素，河南省的农产品出口变得举步维艰！因此在新形势下分析河南省农产品出口的问题，必须要从河南省实际情况和国际市场两个方面去分析，结合问题分析其中的原因有农产品的质量问题和国际市场的绿色贸易壁垒，对于这两个实际问题，必须要从提高农产品的质量上入手，在政府和企业两个方面找到应对之策，才能真正提高河南省农产品的国际竞争力，才能打开河南省农产品的出口之路。

Henan province also seize this opportunity, in keeping the yield and quality of agricultural products at the same time, the development and expansion of exports of agricultural products in the international market, and further strengthen the deep processing of agricultural products, products are exported to Korea, Japan, Europe and the international market. As a big province of national agricultural production, grain, cotton, meat, egg production in the forefront of the country, but the total 2012 exports of agricultural products in Henan province accounts for only 2.12%. The province of national agricultural production status disproportionate. Now in the face of international anti-dumping measures and green trade barriers to trade protectionism, the appreciation of the RMB to the original price advantage no longer exists, and expand the international influence of avian flu epidemic situation, the government support policy measures are not perfect and other factors, making it difficult for the export of agricultural products in Henan province! So the analysis of export of agricultural products in Henan province in the new situation, we must go to the analysis from two aspects of the actual situation in Henan province and the international market, combined with the analysis of the causes of problems with the quality of agricultural products and the international market of green trade barriers, for these two problems, we must start from the improvement of agricultural products quality, find the Countermeasures in two aspects of government and enterprises, to improve the international competitiveness of agricultural products in Henan Province, to open the Henan Province agricultural product export of the road.
