摘要：长期以来，我国的经济增长和国际竞争力的提升都受到了技术的制约，根本原因就是企业创新能力不强。随着跨国公司越来越多的进驻中国，我们的企业希望能够利用跨国公司对华的技术扩散来提高企业自身的技术创新能力，但是在跨国公司对华技术转移的过程中，跨国公司不仅抢占了我国企业的市场份额还导致我国的人才的流失，也使得本土企业陷入了对跨国公司技术依赖的瓶颈。
本文以跨国公司为载体，通过对跨国公司对华技术扩散过程中带来的问题进行分析，并在此基础上提出能够提升中国创新能力的对策。首先，论文对国内外学者对于技术创新跨国扩散模式的研究成果进行了阐述，认为东道国对于跨国公司的技术扩散应该采取相应的措施来更好的利用技术扩散。其次，论文通过对跨国公司技术创新扩散的原因、模式、影响因素和新趋势进行分析。最后，结合跨国公司对华技术创新扩散的现状和新趋势以及在技术扩散过程中出现的问题，提出针对不同的技术扩散模式中，我们要采取不同的对策，来更好的提高企业的创新能力。

ABSTRACT：For a long time, China's economic growth and improved international competitiveness are subject to technology constraints, the fundamental reason is that innovation is not strong. As more and more multinational companies stationed in China, we hope to be able to take advantage of multinational enterprise technology diffusion to improve China's technological innovation capability of enterprises themselves, but in the MNC technology transfer process, not only to seize the multinational the market share of Chinese enterprises has also led to the loss of talent, but also makes local businesses into a multinational technology relies on the bottleneck.
In this paper, multinational corporations as a carrier technology to China by multinational problems caused by the diffusion process is analyzed and proposed on this basis can enhance innovation capability of Chinese countermeasures. First, the paper scholars transnational diffusion model for technological innovation research are described, that the host country for multinational technology diffusion should take appropriate measures to make better use of technology diffusion. Secondly, the paper by multinational technology innovation diffusion causes, patterns, determinants and trends analysis. Finally, the combination of technological innovation diffusion Multinationals status and new trends as well as the technical problems in the diffusion process is proposed for different technology diffusion model, we have to take different measures to better improve the innovative capability of enterprises .
