摘要：当今世界的主题是和平与发展，在这样的背景下，我国经济一直保持高速的、持续的增长。然而随着我国经济的快速发展，环境问题也日益严重，怎样才能保持经济发展和环境的同步协调发展，怎么样从根本上缓解与日俱增的环境资源滥用的问题，实现我国国民经济不再是片面的快速增长，而是转变为又好又快的可持续增长。发展循环经济成为当今世界各国经济发展的主要经济模式。因此，循环经济是我国实现可持续发展经济的必然选择。通过对我国循环经济的发展现状的系统的了解和梳理，在了解我国循环发展现状的基础上，发现我国循环经济发展中存在的问题，并对问题具体分析后，提出科学的适合我国循环经济发展发展建议及对策，主要是一下几个方面提出建议：法律、政策的进一步落实方面，提高公众的循环经济认识，奠定坚实的群众思想方面，在加大资金投入，发展科技方面等具体措施，从而促进我国循环经济的全面发展。
