摘要：全球化的进程加速了中国经济的发展和产业结构的优化升级，服务产业正逐渐发展成为中国的支柱性产业。以江苏为例：江苏服务贸易发展迅速，正逐步成为经济发展的新引擎。随着人们生活水平的不断提高，人们对服务业的需求也日益强烈，服务贸易的发展将成为衡量江苏省现代化发展水平的重要标志之一。但目前服务贸易的发展仍然缺少良好的政策环境，没有完善的法律法规体系，许多领域还是一片空白。基础落后，开放程度低，市场准入度不够，服务贸易结构体系也不尽合理。我国虽然是人口大国，但服务贸易行业却人才缺乏，尤其是高级层次的管理人才，这也表现出江苏省服务贸易发展相对滞后的事实。找出制约江苏省服务贸易发展的因素，对江苏省服务贸易发展有很大的现实意义。本文以江苏省服务贸易为研究对象，对江苏省服务贸易现状、结构特征和竞争力进行全面分析，研究江苏省服务贸易发展的影响因素。最后，对江苏省服务贸易的发展提出合理的对策和建议。

Abstract：The progress of globalization promoting the development of economy and the upgrading of industrial structure, the service industry is growing as the pillar industry .Taking Jiangsu for example, the service trade in Jiangsu growing fast ,it plays a more and more important role in the economic system of a nation or region. With the improvement of people's living level, the increasing number of people in great need of service industry. In recent years, the development of service trade industry still lacks of good policy environment of the system of laws, and the regulations are not perfectly. We find infrastructure、the degree of openness、market admittance and service industrial structure which are all the reasons of the development of the service industry in Jiangsu Province. Although China is the most populous country in the world, the service trade industry still lacks of talents .It is significance to find out the constraints of the service industry of Jiangsu .At last, we think we should enhance the public income, strengthen the level of city and so on. Only in these ways, can we promote the development of the service industry in Jiangsu Province.
