摘要：日本技术性贸易壁垒因为它的繁琐为世界所知，每年都还会不断地修订以保证它本国的利益。日本技术性贸易壁垒主要包括技术法规、标准和合格评定程序、包装和标签要求、卫生检疫等多种表现形式。本文首先介绍中国对日出口贸易的规模和商品结构，其次总结了日本技术性贸易壁垒的种类和对中国对日出口的机电产品、纺织品和农产品的影响。最后文章分别从中日两个方面分析了中国对日出口遭遇日本技术性贸易壁垒的原因，并依此提出相应的应对策略，认为可以通过科学的方法来克服日本的技术性贸易壁垒。

Abstract：Technical barriers to trade in Japan is known by the world for its cumbersome, which are amended to ensure its own interests every year. Technical barriers to trade in Japan have a variety of forms, including technical regulations, standards and conformity assessment procedures, packaging and labeling requirements, health and quarantine and so on. The paper first describes the size and commodity structure of exports to Japan trade. Then the paper summarizes the types of technical barriers to trade in Japan and analyzes the impact of technical trade barriers in Chinese exports to Japan including mechanical and electrical products, clothing and agricultural products. At last, the article analyzes the reasons of Chinese exports to Japan which are troubled by the technical barriers to trade in Japan and then puts forward available countermeasures which should overcome Technical Barriers to Trade in Japan successfully.

日本技术性贸易壁垒给我国的出口带来了很多困难，对我国对日出口的各类商品产生了不同程度的影响，特别是占比重的较大的一些商品。而且日本的技术性贸易壁垒每年不断的变化，使我国的出口企业疲于应付。但是并不能因为日本技术性贸易壁垒繁多且不断变化，对日出口企业就束手无策。面对日本种类繁多的技术性贸易壁垒，企业应该尽快了解标准，运用法规，有针对地来解决它。对日出口企业可以寻求政府的帮助，通过国际性贸易组织解决争端。我国对日出口企业也需要从自身寻找原因，我国出口产品的技术含量低往往是我国产品遭遇日本技术性贸易壁垒的主要原因。对此，我国对日出口企业应该努力提高科学技术水平和管理水平，提升产品的品质。
