摘要:众所周知,员工是企业最宝贵的财富,员工满意度是影响企业发展的重要因素,因此员工满意度调查被越来越多的企业所接受,然而长期以来,我国一直都对企业管理层员工满意度进行调查,很少对基层员工满意度进行调查。但是随着市场经济的发展,基层满意度调查已显得越来越重要。基于此,本文以水秀苑酒店的基层员工为研究对象,采用文献研究,调查问卷和员工访谈三者相结合的方法,在阅读大量文献资料的基础上,归纳总结前人对员工满意度的研究,结合水秀苑酒店的实际情况,设计出适合的调查问卷。根据回收的问卷数据进行相应的分析与处理,全面了解水秀苑酒店基层员工满意度状况,提出相应的改进措施,从而达到提高企业效率和效益的目的。

Abstract :As is known to all, the staff is the enterprise's most precious wealth, employee satisfaction is to influence the development of the enterprise important factors, and employee satisfaction survey by more and more enterprises have to accept, but for a long time, our country has been in the managers of the enterprise employee satisfaction survey, very few of the basic level employee satisfaction survey. But with the development of market economy, the basic unit satisfaction survey has become more and more important. Based on this, this paper to SHIUXIUYUAN hotel grass-roots employees show as the research target, the document research, questionnaire and interview three employees the method of combining the reading in a large number of literature, and on the basis of predecessors' summed up for the employee satisfaction research, integrating with the actual situation of the SHUIXIUYUAN hotelL, the design gives appropriate questionnaire. According to the questionnaire data recovery for the corresponding analysis and processing, full understanding of SHUIXIUYUAN hotel grass-roots staff satisfaction show condition, puts forward the corresponding improvement measures, so as to improve the business efficiency and the purpose of the performance.
