摘要:高新技术型中小企业既是加快科技成果转化，实现技术创新的有效载体，也是新兴产业形成的重要源泉。近年来的发展表明，高新技术型中小企业无论是在数量上还是质量上，都已成为国民经济的重要组成部分，是国民经济快速增长的重要源泉和动力。在高新技术型中小企业对经济增长作出巨大贡献的同时，我们也发现高新技术型中小企业发展也遇到了很多问题，其中融资难已成为制约高新技术型中小企业发展的一个主要瓶颈。本文从研究我国高新技术型中小企业的自身特点出发，分析我国高新技术型中小企业的融资现状，总结其在融资过程中存在的内外部问题，为解决当前我国高新技术型中小企业的融资难题找到切实可行的融资策略。

Abstract:The high-tech SMEs both speed up scientific and technological achievements, and an effective carrier of technological innovation, but also an important source of new industries. Developments in recent years, high-tech SMEs in both the quantity and quality have become an important part of the national economy is an important source of rapid economic growth and power.
