摘 要:随着全球化进程的加快，国际资本的流动越来越活跃，外来直接投资成为当今世界主要的资本流动方式，也成为世界各国获得外部资本的主要渠道。国际直接投资和国际贸易在当今的经济发展中扮演着非常重要的角色，发展中国家经济的迅速增长有着十分重要的推动作用。
由于我国对外经济的开放程度越来越大，大量的外商直接投涌入，对我国的对外贸易发展起到了极大地促进作用。我国吸收外商直接投资的总数量在不断增长，外商投资企业的进出口总额占我国对外贸易进出口总额的百分比也越来越大。外商直接投资对我国的对外贸易总量、贸易方式以及贸易结构都产生了很大的影响。
本文通过具体、辩证地分析外商直接投资的影响因素以及外商直接投资对我国外贸的影响，最终得出结论，从而采取针对性措施，趋利避害，从而更好的吸收外商直接投资，促进我国对外贸易的持续发展。

ABSTRACT:With the accelerated process of economic globalization, the international capital flows increasingly active. Foreign direct investment has become the world's main form of capital flow and has also become the main channel of the developing countries' access to external capital. International direct investment and international trade play a very important role in today's economic life. They also have an important role in promoting economic growth in developing countries.
The foreign economy of China is becoming more open and a lot of foreign direct investment pours into China, so it plays a great role in promoting the development of Chinese foreign trade. The number of China's absorption of foreign direct investment keeps growing and the percentage of the total import and export of foreign-invested enterprises accounted for the import and export volume of Chinese foreign trade is also growing. Foreign direct investment has had a great impact on Chinese total foreign trade, mode of trade and trade structure.
This article through specific, dialectical analysis of the influencing factors of foreign direct investment and the influence of foreign direct investment on Chinese foreign trade, ultimately conclude. Take specific measures so that we can avoid disadvantages, absorb foreign direct investment better and promote the development of Chinese foreign trade.
