摘 要:服务业作为国民经济中的第三产业，对经济发展起到至关重要的作用。目前，世界服务业全球化的趋势日益明显，服务业国际化的进程也不断加快。中国履行入世承诺，服务业市场更加开放，跨国投资和服务业FDI的大量引入，这对我国的经济发展水平和服务业的就业产生深刻影响。本论文围绕江苏省服务业利用FDI对就业的影响这一中心，重点考虑服务业FDI对江苏省就业数量和就业质量的影响，通过理论分析出各种可能的情况，加上简单的实证分析，证明出对江苏省外商直接投资来说，它能够拉动江苏省的直接就业但效果不是很明显，但是对就业质量的提升非常明显。

ABSTRACT:Services sector plays a crucial role in economic development as the tertiary industry in the national economy. Currently, the trend of world globalization of services has become increasingly evident, also continues to accelerate the process of internationalization. China fulfilled its WTO commitments, the services market more open, large scale introduction of cross-border investment and FDI in services sector, which have a profound impact on China's economic development level and the number of jobs in the service sector. This paper around the service industries in Jiangsu Province to research the impact of services FDI on the number of jobs and the quality of employment. By theoretical analysis of a variety of possible scenarios, and simple empirical analysis to prove for foreign direct investment in Jiangsu Province, which is able to pull the direct employment of Jiangsu Province, but the effect on is not very obvious, but very obvious improvement of the quality of employment.
