摘要：自2005年人民币汇率形成机制改革以来，人民币汇率走势强劲,双向波动特征明显，但大多数时期处于上升阶段，这对我国经济造成了重大影响。本文讲述了汇率形成的来龙去脉，汇率制度的演变，分析研究了汇改后人民币汇率走势情况以及汇率波动对中国经济的影响，提出我国应该坚持对汇制的改革，并且增强人民币汇率弹性，扩大人民币自由浮动区间等建议。

Abstract:Since the 2005 RMB exchange rate formation mechanism reformed, the RMB exchange rate movements have been strong and two-way fluctuation charactered significantly, but most of the time it’s at the rising stage.Such phenomenon has a major influence on our country's economy. This article tells the story of the cause and effect of exchange rate, exchange rate system evolution and analyzes the conditions after the revaluation of RMB exchange rate movements and the impact on China's economy because of the volatility of exchange rate .Since then I put forward that China should insist on the reform and enhance the RMB exchange rate flexibility, expand the floating range of yuan freely.

汇率制度是一国货币当局对本国汇率水平的确定、汇率变动方式所做出的一系列安排或决定。根据汇率变动的特点，汇率制度大体分为两种类型:固定汇率制度与浮动汇率制度。固定汇率制的特点是政府通过行政或法律手段来确定、公布和维持本国货币与某种参考物之间的固定比价。通常情况下，这种参考物可以由黄金，某一种外国货币，或是一篮子货币来充当。固定汇制具有固定性和政府行政管制性的特征，实行计划经济的国家通常会选择这种制度。而浮动汇率制度是一种完全由外汇市场上的供求决定汇率水平，政府不采取任何干预的汇率制度。现实社会中，不存在这种政府完全不干预的理想状态，只是干预程度不同而已，我们将政府和市场共同决定汇率水平的制度称之为有管理的浮动汇率制，这是实行市场经济国家的选择。以下是自新中国成立以来我国汇率制度的改革历程：
