[摘要] “父亲”这一形象是理解余华作品的一个很好的突破口。本文把余华长篇小说中出现的四位“温情的父亲”（王立强、福贵、许三观、宋凡平）集中到一起，找出他们在角色定位、父爱、面对苦难的态度这三个方面的共性。接着从作家自身变化和时代变化两方面分析这些“温情父亲”出现的主客观原因。最后从读者角度和作家创作的角度概括出“温情”的意义。

[Abstract] The image of “Father” is a good breakthrough in the efforts to understand Yu Hua’s novels. This article groups the four gentle fathers (Wang Liqiang /Fu Gui/Xu Sanguan/Song Fanping) together and finds that they have something in common. There are three main points one is character; one is fatherly love; the third is their attitude toward the suffering. The article analyzes the reasons for the appearance of the Gentle fathers from the aspects of changes in the writer and the time. At last we can summarize the meaning of the gentle fathers from the perspectives of the reader and changes in creation of Yu Hua.

余华是当代文坛上一位颇有建树的作家，他的绝大多数作品都以家庭为立足点，借助家庭中的父亲形象来表现这个充满苦难的世界，表达他对人性及秩序的思考。“父亲”这一形象也就成为理解余华作品的一个很好的突破口。余华早期作品彻底摧毁了父亲的神圣和威严，表现的都是父辈丑陋和阴暗的一面。他通过对传统父亲形象的颠覆，直指人的非理性、非逻辑、无秩序。90年代以后，余华开始写长篇小说，同样是讲述苦难，探讨人性，但我们发现他的笔调变得温和了，余华大打温情牌，在作品中塑造了一系列“温情的父亲”形象。本文试图分析这些温情父亲的形象及创作原因，并探讨其意义，从而更好地理解余华的作品。
