[摘要] 随着经济全球化的发展趋势,人力资源管理变得越来越重要,而人才是人力资源管理的核心力量,因而“以人为本”的管理思想渐渐被提到了更高的层面。近年来,这种“以人为本”的管理思想在东西方各自的领域里不断发展,同时,文化背景、意识形态等因素使得东西方“以人为本”的管理思想存在着某些差异,这些差异赋予了“以人为本”管理思想以新的现实意义。本文论述了“以人为本”管理思想的演变:分析了东西方各自“以人为本”管理思想的发展历程和差异。同时,展现东西方“以人为本”管理学思想在当代的进一步融合和发展。

[Abstract] Along with economic globalization trend of development,human resources supervision becomes more and more important。The whole world positively is constructing “People-oriented” harmonious society。Then the talented person is human resources supervisory nucleus strength, the supervision thought “People-oriented” is mentioned higher level. In recent years,This kind “People-oriented” the management concept develops unceasingly in the East and West respective domain. At the same time, the supervision thought that the factors, such as cultural back ground and consciousness appearance...etc. makes thing square to" People-oriented" exists some discrepancy. These discrepancy gave to "make people the center" to manage thought with the new realistic meaning.
