摘要：本文通过分析我国目前在档案宣传方面存在的不足及问题，来说明网络信息时代加强档案宣传工作的重要性，并由此提出了如何加强档案宣传工作的建议：认清形势，转变观念；加强档案宣传队伍建设；开辟档案宣传工作的新途径；丰富档案宣传内容，加大宣传力度；借鉴其他国家的先进经验。认为只有这样才能使人们更好地认识档案的价值，充分开发利用档案，从而获得较大的社会效益和经济效益，更好地促进我国社会主义现代化建设。

Abstract：This paper analyzes the information in the file of the current shortcomings and problem areas, to illustrate the network information age the importance of strengthening publicity work files, and thus the question of how the proposal to strengthen publicity file: recognize the situation and changing concepts; strengthening File publicity team; open up new ways of publicity files; rich information content of the file, and step up publicity; learn the advanced experience of other countries. That the only way to make people better understand the value of the file, the full development and utilization of the file to a larger social and economic benefits, to better promote China's socialist modernization drive.

当今世界已进入网络经济时代，网络传播速度越来越快，作为网络传播的内容--信息，正发挥着越来越大的作用。档案作为人们一切社会活动的真实记录，是重要的信息资源，蕴藏着大量的信息，利用档案将获得较大的社会效益和经济效益。档案日益频繁地出现在我们的生活当中，大到国家政策的制定，小到平民百姓个人利益的合法保护。档案宣传是档案事业发展的必要动力。档案宣传工作能够有效地提高档案的知名度，促进档案事业的发展，增强全社会的档案意识。世界各国越来越重视档案宣传工作，档案宣传也手段层出不穷，相对于国外比较先进完善的档案宣传工作体系，我国的档案宣传还处于比较浅层次阶段，宣传手段比较单一。那么该如何来改变这种局面呢？本文试就此作一初步探讨。
