摘要:江苏省淮安市是一个历史悠久、文化深厚的城市。在淮安游玩，肯定就会有人推荐许多有关韩信的遗迹、景点，如漂母墓、钓鱼台、胯下桥、千金亭和韩信公园等；同样也会听到许多有关韩信的传说、故事，如胯下之辱、一饭千金、成也萧何败也萧何等。韩信在淮安地区之所以有如此大的影响力，不仅在于他“战必胜，攻必取”的战绩，更是他那忍辱负重，以德报怨等等的美好品德让淮安人民为之崇拜和景仰。
韩信原在项羽手下效力，因未获重用转而投靠刘邦。由于萧何极力举荐，韩信被刘邦拜为大将军。他率部虏魏破代平赵下燕定齐灭楚，为刘邦成就大业立下了赫赫战功；他“连百万之众，战必胜，攻必取”，成为古今中外著名的大军事家。为了缅怀韩信的功业，弘扬他能屈能伸、容人用人等美好品德，淮安历朝历代为他留下了大量的遗迹、景点；淮安人民世世代代讲述着有关韩信的传说、故事，传扬着有关韩信的文化和精神。

Abstract:Huaian city, Jiangsu Province, is a city that has a long history, a culture deep. Taking part in Huaian, surely someone will recommend many of Han Xin's monuments, attractions, such as bleaching mother's Tomb, Diaoyutai, Dick bridges, daughter of the kiosks, and Han Shin Park; also heard many legends, stories about Han Xin, to drain the cup of humiliation, yifanqianjin, the same person, such as baiyexiaohe. Han Xin in Huaian area has so much influence, not only because of his "winning the war, attack will take the" record, he's calmer, John's wonderful qualities of Huaian people to worship and admire.
