摘要:成长环境是导致个体形成差异的最具影响力的因素。一个人的性格养成、情操培养、形象塑造以及生命理念的形成，与其成长环境有着莫大的关联。正是贾宝玉所处环境的蕴育和涵养，才形成了他外在和内在的禀赋。本文通过从家庭环境、社会环境、时代环境三个方面层层深入分析贾宝玉的成长环境。本文认为，家庭父母及至亲的教育在宝玉成长的途中产生了很大影响，同时，社会交往环境对其外在的言行举止、内在的思想价值观产生重大影响，时代环境也是宝玉成长环境中不容忽视的一部分，它制约着个人理想的最终实现。总之，本文通过这三方面系统地揭示贾宝玉性格、形象和人格形成的原因，进而从中探讨出其对当代教育的启示。

ABSTRACT:Growth environment is the most influential factor leading to the formation of individual differences. A person's personality cultivation, sentiment education, image creation and the formation of the concept of life, have a great association with its growing environment. It was Jia baoyu’s environment where he lived that formed his endowment of external and internal. In this paper, It analyses Jia baoyu's growth environment in-depth from three aspects: the family environment, social environment and the era environment. It thinks family education of parents and loved ones in the treasure jade growth way has a bad influence on Baoyu. At the same time, the social environment have a significant impact on its external behavior and inner thoughts values. Besides, times environment is part of the treasure jade growth environment which you cannot be ignored. Individual ideality realization depends on it . All in all, in this article, the causes of the formation of Baoyu’s character, image, and personality be unfolded through these three aspects systematically. Then discuss its enlightenment to contemporary education.
