摘要:秘书写作是一项特殊的生产活动，与一般文艺创作不同，秘书写作有其自身固有的特性，它既有代人立言的代言性质，又能体现写作者自身的主观创造性。由于秘书写作的本质、写作者复杂的思维活动，以及秘书写作活动中一些固有的情况，都决定了秘书写作中代言性与创造性的矛盾关系。本文通过对举例论证秘书写作在推进秘书各项工作、提升领导形象、实现秘书个人价值，以及其文案的查考价值等方面的现实意义，详细阐述代言性与创造性在秘书写作中的矛盾体现，深挖矛盾产生的根源，最终从秘书写作者的思想意识及业务素质等各个方面提出消解矛盾的方法，意图达到代言性与创造性的有机融合，从而帮助克服秘书写作中写作人员主观意识与客观现实的矛盾，有效促进秘书写作水平的提高，实现写作意识与写作行为的高度一致，使秘书人员通过写作这一有效手段，充分为领导决策管理服务。

ABSTRACT:Secretary writing is a special production activity, and literary and artistic creation, secretary of the writing has its own inherent characteristics; it is a combination of generations sets represent nature, and can reflect the writer's own subjective creativity.
