摘要：随着高校管理体制的改革和办学规模的不断扩大，使强化高校档案管理成为必然。如何提高档案管理的质量，形成良好的管理体制，促进高校评估的等级，养成良好的职业素养，成为当今高校档案管理的诸多任务。就当今高效管理面临的几个问题，如：档案意识和能力素质的问题，档案管理的信息化建设问题，档案管理团队存在的问题等，提出了一系列的解决方案，为以后高校的发展提供强有力的保障。

Abstract：Along with the university management system reform and the constant expansion of the scale of running school, strengthen college archives management become inevitable. How to improve the quality of the archives management, forming a good management system, promoting college assessment rating, formed the good professional qualities, now it become many colleges archive management task. 随着高校管理体制改革和办学规模扩大，使强化高校档案管理成为必然。并且教育部在全国普通高等院校开展的本科教学工作水平评估是正在实施中的高等教育质量工程的一个重要环节，也是推动高校提高教学质量、提升办学水平、扩大社会声誉的重大举措。因此不管是从高校长远的发展来看，还是从仅仅当前提高高校的管理水平和教学水平的层面来看，有效正确的档案管理起到了不可忽视的重要性和必要性。
目前众多高校对于档案管理可以用“现代化”三个字予以概括，尤其是随着科学技术的迅猛发展，现代通讯技术及网络技术的应用已渗透到社会的各个领域，并逐步改变人们的工作和生活方式。对于高校来说，现代化的档案管理是体现当代高效快速发展的一个重要体现。
