【摘要】《说文解字》是我国古代很有系统性的一部字典，是汉字字书的集大成者，书中蕴含着丰富的饮食文化信息。而饮食自古以来就是中国的民本大事，汉字是中国古人留下的文字印记，通过研究饮食相关汉字的形体构造来了解中国古代的饮食文化既有必要又有意义。由文字研究饮食，而饮食又折射出古人的思想、品味、价值观念和审美观点，现从《说文解字》中有关饮食的汉字形体演变过程去探究我国烹饪饮食的传统与特色，通过与其饮食关的各种文字，来了解中国古人在饮食过程中的相关形态、心理与礼仪等一系列的中国古代饮食文化。

【Abstract】Shuo Wen Jie Zi is a dictionary of the very system of ancient China,contains a wealth of food culture information .Diet since ancient times the people of this event, the Chinese characters is the body constructed of diet-related Chinese characters to understand the text imprint left by the ancient Chinese,ancient Chinese food culture is both necessary and meaningful. Textstudy diet, diet reflects the thinking of the ancients, taste, taste and aesthetic point of view, is evolved from the Shuo Wen Jie Zi in the diet of Chinese Characters to explore the traditions and characteristics ofChina's culinary diet through to their diet off a variety of behaviors, to understand the ancient Chinese in the process of eating patterns,Psychological, and etiquette of a series of ancient Chinese food culture.
