[摘要] 《三国演义》作为中国四大名著之一，是历史演义小说的经典之作。小说虽以战争描写为主，但文斗往往多于武斗。一幕幕精彩绝伦的智谋较量，绝大多数出自当时的谋士。这些谋士有的不会识主，有的识主却不悟人事，有的谋功为高却不善“谋身”，但其中也不乏全身而善終者。在众多谋士中最深入人心的莫过于“理想的化身”——诸葛亮，他的智慧超群绝伦，他的忠诚感人至深，他是罗贯中和人民心目中理想形象的寄托。作者在塑造这些谋士时采用了多种多样的描写手法，如外貌、语言、动作等正面描写，映衬、烘托等侧面描写，将每个谋士的人格特质形象地展现出来。无论命运如何，结局如何，谋士在三国时局发展中的重要性是不可忽视的。

[Abstract] "Three Kingdoms" as one of China's four famous novels, is a classic of historical fiction novels. Although this novel is the main description of the war, but the wisdom of the contest is more often than resorting to violence. The scenes of fantastic the resourcefulness contest,is the vast majority from the counselors at that time. Some of these counselors do not know to choose a good lord, some consensus that the main do not know how to get along with others, and some seek power is high, but poor "is to seek the body", but there are some of the body and hospice. Between the counselors, the most intimate is the embodiment of the ideal "- Zhuge Liang, his wisdom preeminent, his loyalty is moving, he is the sustenance of the Luo and the people's ideal image. Description of these counselors, the authors used a variety of description techniques, such as appearance, language, action and contrast against the background, contrast side, describing the personality of each counselor vividly demonstrated. No matter what is the outcome, the importance of counselors in the three countries’ development can not be ignored.
