[论文摘要]纵观中国现当代文学领域，汪曾祺的小说无疑是其中颇有独到特点的。他之所以平生致力于通过笔下的文字描写他所熟悉的乡土民风，与他所受到的教育、生活环境有很大关系。其小说多为短篇，在平淡的叙述中流露出的是一种充满民族风情的淳朴氛围，充分认识、发掘某一地域的民俗风情，并将其原原本本的展现在读者眼前。汪曾祺的这种创作风格将其独特的审美意境展现的淋漓尽致，是中国现当代乡土文学的典范。通过研读汪曾祺的一系列小说作品，论述其作品所蕴含的民族文化，我发现其中所体现出的民族风情，是作者心中情感的寄托于依存所在，蕴含着汪曾祺心灵深处的深沉而又激荡的个人情感，质朴纯真而又温暖动人。
