摘 要：随着改革开放步伐的加快，社会主义市场经济的发展，企业作为社会组织中的一员，它的经营管理与整个社会的发展有着千丝万缕的联系。而企业社会责任这一西方世界的舶来品，在中国经济的发展中也越来越受到人们的普遍关注。由此，关于企业社会责任的研究也日渐被提上议程。而儒家思想作为中国传统的主流思想，在政治、经济、社会的发展中又起着重要的构建作用。因此，本文旨在通过研究儒家思想，特别是儒家思想中的仁义思想与当今企业社会责任建设的互动关系，并以当今企业社会责任存在的某些缺失问题为探讨点；结合儒家仁义思想中所透射的仁政思想、泛爱众、天人合一、义利观等思想精髓来平衡企业与员工、企业与社会公众以及企业与自然环境的关系，从而得出适合当今企业社会责任重构的重要启示。

ABSTRACT：With the accelerated pace of reform and opening up, the development of the socialist market economy, business as a social organization, its management and the development of the whole society are inextricably linked. The corporate social responsibility of the Western world, exotic, in the development of China's economy more and more people's attention. Thus, researching on corporate social responsibility are increasingly being put on the agenda. And as China's traditional Confucian mainstream thinking in the political, economic and social development, he also plays an important role in the construction. So, this paper aims to study Confucianism, especially in Confucianism Virtue with today's corporate social responsibility interactive relationship, And in the presence of today's corporate social responsibility issues to explore some missing points; Combined Confucian Virtue and benevolent thoughts that are transmitted, the Pan-loving public, Heaven, justice and benefit to balance the spirit and essence of such enterprises and employees, businesses and the public as well as the relationship between business and the natural environment, So as to arrive suited to today's corporate social responsibility remodeling important inspiration.
