摘要：社会对于现代秘书的要求越来越高，秘书不再是单一职能的具体化角色，高素质复合型秘书人才越来越受到领导和社会的欢迎，社会要求秘书在工作中必须积极扮演各种角色。随着秘书角色的多重性得到了大家的普遍认识，现代秘书如何应对这种多重性带来的挑战成为了大家关注的侧重点。本文首先从秘书的定义和秘书工作的特点出发，引出秘书工作的多样化，秘书角色的多重性，提出现代秘书必须积极应对多重角色带来的挑战；然后分析我国秘书行业现状，找到不足，提出现代秘书需要具备的素质、技能，解决秘书如何应对多重角色带来的挑战。
