摘要:改革开放以来,我国经济社会各方面都取得了巨大成就。但随着经济社会的飞速发展,越来越多的社会矛盾也逐渐凸显,各种公共危机事件频发。在信息技术日益发达的今天,公民知情权要求不断提高,政府己不再是唯一的危机管理主体,媒体在危机管理中有义务向公众提供事件真相,并进行相应的舆论引导和监督,因而使得公共危机传播成为决定公共危机管理成败的关键因素,政府与媒体只有建立良性互动关系才能有效解决危机。本文首先对危机、危机管理、媒体等概念进行了界定,分析了政府在危机管理中的责任以及媒体在危机管理中的作用,分析了目前政府在危机管理中与媒体关系中存在的问题,并对政府与媒体的关系改善对策进行了研究。

Abstract:Since the reform and opening, each respect of economy and society have gained huge success in our country. But with the rapid development of the economy and society, more and more social contradiction was highlighted gradually, and various public crisis events have happened frequently. In the day with increasingly developed information technology, the right to know of citizens' continue to increase, the government is no longer the only main body of crisis management, the media in the crisis management has the obligation to provide the public the truth of the incident, and give corresponding public opinion guidance and supervision, thus making the public crisis communication become a key factor in the success or failure of public crisis management. The interactive relationship of government and media established can effectively solve the crisis. The concepts of crisis, crisis management, media and other were defined, the responsibility of government and the effect of media in the crisis management, the problems of the government and media in crisis management and relations analysis now was analysed, and the improvement countermeasure of relationship between government and media are studied.
