摘要
在农村经济快速发展过程中，经济发展与环境保护脱节，使农村生态环境遭到一定程度的破坏。农村生态环境问题已经制约着农村经济的发展，要实现经济发展与环境保护协调发展，必须重视和加强农村生态伦理建设。生态伦理建设的根本途径是生态教育，农村生态伦理建设要求加强对村民生态教育，呼吁政府和村民重视农村生态环境的保护，政府和全体村民坚持践行党和政府提出的可持续发展战略和科学发展观，注重政府主导性和村民主体性作用的发挥，倡导全社会践行生态道德规范和生态环境保护行为，建设生态文明，建立绿色生活方式，构建资源节约型、环境友好型社会，最终实现农村生态效益和经济效益双丰收，促进人与自然和谐发展。

Abstract
In the process of rapid economic development in rural areas, economic development and environmental protection out of touch, the rural ecological environment has been a certain degree of damage. Ecological and environmental problems in rural areas has been restricted to rural economic development, to achieve economic development and environmental protection co-ordination development, we must attach importance to and strengthen the construction of rural ecological ethics. The construction of ecological ethics construction is the basic way of ecological education, rural ecological ethics construction called for the strengthening of the villagers to do ecological education. Calling on the government and the villagers pay attention to the protection of rural ecological environment. The government and all the villagers adhere to practice the strategy of sustainable development and scientific outlook on development that the party and the government put forward. Paying attention to the dominant and the villagers' subjectivity role, advocate the social practice of ecological ethics and ecological environmental protection behavior, ecological civilization construction, the establishment of green lifestyle, build a resource-saving, environment-friendly society, realize rural ecological benefits and economic benefits of double harvest, to promote the harmonious development of man and nature.
