摘要：高校学生公寓是大学生生活、学习活动的重要场所，也是课堂之外对学生进行思想政治工作和素质教育的重要阵地。安全工作管理的好坏，直接关系到学生财产和学生的生命安全，关系到学生生活和学习是否正常，关系到学校的安全和稳定。通过对学生公寓安全隐患的研究，解决学生公寓管理的不足，增加学生的安全防范意识，为大学生的健康成长创设安全、有序的住宿生活环境，使大学生可以安心的学习和生活，以南京晓庄学院为例，通过问卷调查的方法，客观分析了存在的问题，并提出了解决的措施。

Abstract: College student apartments are university students living, learning activities, but also the important places outside classroom for students ideological and political work and quality education's important positions. Work safety management is good or bad, relates directly to students property and student's life safety, related to student life and learning is normal, related to the school safety and stability. Through the study of students' apartment buildings safe hidden trouble, solve students' apartments management deficiencies, increase students' safety awareness for college students' healthy growth, the establishment of security and order living environment, and make students lodge can ease of learning and life, taking nanjing xiaozhuang university for example, through the questionnaire survey method, the author has objectively analyzed the existing problems, and advances some solving measures.

优化公寓管理人员队伍,增加各区的物管工作人员的人数，强化安全值班管理。加强公寓安全管理,一方面必须优化公寓管理人员队伍,充实体力好、文化较高、责任心强的年轻同志,同时,要加强队伍教育培训,努力提高管理人员快速掌握住宿学生情况、多方有效沟通能力、安全管理技能和突发事件预防及应急处理能力;另一方面,可以改变值班人员上岗方式,明确各人上岗时间区段,对部分大型公寓适当增加流动岗人员,同时,大楼内部卫生保洁人员也可以承担兼职安全巡视员职责,相互配合、相互监督,全面落实“谁在岗、谁负责”的安全责任制。要分层次、分类别地加强后勤各级人员的安全培训工作，提高后勤人员的安全意识，增强做好安全管理工作的本领。通过不断培训，学习基本安全知识，了解逃生和自救常识，熟练使用现代安全管理设施。同时加强对学生特点的学习，擅于发现个别同学的异常举动，并通过广泛接触学生了解公寓内的各种情况，发现事故苗头，并及时处理。提高安全管理基本技能。
