摘要：随着新中国经济的快速发展，我国的经济发展方式在由过去那种粗放式的生产方式向一种高效、节能、精细化的生产方式转变。从而我国政府职能体系中出现了许多不能适应经济社会飞速发展的政府职能，考核机制出现偏离、财税价格体制存在缺陷、公共服务和公共事业部分缺失等问题日益突出。政府要加强和改善自身的宏观调控职能，加深财税价格体制改革，优化社会经济产业结构，増强其服务性职能以适应和应对经济发展方式的转变。

Abstract:With the rapid development of Chinese new economy, China's transformation of the mode of economic development in the past that extensive mode of production to a highly efficient, energy saving, intensive mode of production.
