摘要:周恩来历来重视人才,他有许多独特的见解珍惜人才,人才,培养人才,重用人才,珍惜人才等,他的人才理论不仅在国家建设初期对各项建设和事业发展起过及其重要的作用,就是对现阶段我国人才的发掘、启用都有着非常重要的指导意义。下面本文将从周恩来爱才如命的可贵精神、知人善用的独到眼光和培养人才的多种途径等方面,简要的分析和学习周恩来的人才观。

Abstract:Zhou enlai has always attached great importance to talent.He had plenty of penetrating opinions about valuing, identifying, educating, using, protecting, and being talents. Not only in the early years of the Republic of China’s construction and development had his Talent theory played a significant role in, but also has important guiding meaning on the present stage of China’s talents fostering and using. The following paper will resume the spirit of Zhou Enlai’s great desire to talents and the way he fostered them, make a brief analysis of and learn Zhou Enlail’s view of talents.

人才,是指具有一定程度的相关专业知识或者是专门技能,并能运用这些专业知识或是专业技能进行创造性劳动且能对社会作出贡献的人,是人力资源中能力和素质处于中上水准的劳动者。。
成为人才是一个漫长的过程,它是通过内因和外因同时作用才发生的。在这个过程中,人的价值被渐渐地挖掘和突现,最终被他人和自己所处的环境判定为“才”。总的来说,人才的资格必须是通过工作岗位这个载体来评判的,若是能胜任岗位要求,便被视为人才。就目前全球的政治经济情况来看,世界各国的竞争愈演愈烈。周恩来极为多元且珍贵的人才思想,在此竞争大潮中具有重要意义。
