摘要：当今社会各种诱惑层出不穷，而腐败则是领导干部在面对诱惑后堕落下去的有力证明。他们在面对诱惑时没有坚守住自己的原则，而是让自己沉沦下去，相信他们当时的心理变化是非常复杂的，而这种复杂的心理因素可能就是导致他们无限堕落的根源。所以研究腐败心理是非常有必要的。阐述社会腐败的行为表现，根据各种腐败案例剖析领导干部的心理状况，从而发现腐败的心理诱因，最后提出一些应对之策是本文的任务。

Abstract: Today ,there are all kinds of temptation to emerge endlessly in society, and corruption is the powerful evidence that leaders fall down after they meet temptation. They let themself go down the drain instead of sticking to their principles, when they face to temptation. We believe that their mind is very complex, and the complex psychology may be the root causing them to fall down. Therefore, the study about corruptive psychology is necessary. We can expound the behavior of corruptive in society, and analyze leaders’ psychological status by various corruption cases. Then ,we can find some reasons about corruption. Finally, we should give some solutionas to solve problems. This is the task of the study.

从古至今腐败都是一个令领导人头痛，令百姓深恶痛绝的行为。古有大贪官和珅，今有文强等各类大小贪官数不胜数，为何腐败屡禁不止？造成腐败的原因有很多，内外因的爆发导致领导干部走向了腐败的深渊，而其中具有相当大的推力作用的，就是心理诱因。当一个人从内心开始腐朽，那么他也就即将走到他事业与人生的尽头。所以反腐倡廉刻不容缓，而习近平主席正是为了还百姓一个可靠、且真正为人民服务的政府而在不懈地努力，相信在不久的将来，腐败问题会得到解决。
