摘要：网络随着社会经济、政治的发展已逐渐成为当代应用广泛的新兴媒体，在政治与经济生活中具有巨大的影响和作用。而随着当代电子政务的兴起，网络互联网技术在行政部门的内部系统管理中得到广泛运用，网络对公共政策的制定与执行干预、影响逐渐扩大，已经成为促进政策执行的必要因素之一。本文通过对网络互联网的优势分析，以及阐述网络同时所具有的一些缺陷，对网络对于政策执行的积极和消极影响进行分析研究。

Abstract:With a network of socio-economic and political development has become widely used in contemporary new media, has enormous influence and role in the political and economic life. With the rise of modern e-government network of Internet technology has been managed within the system widely used in the administration, network development and implementation of public policy intervention, the impact of the gradual expansion, has become one of the essential factors that facilitate policy implementation.
