摘要：本文以音乐教育专业大学生为研究对象，探讨如何培养音乐教育专业大学生综合素质。因而，笔者通过分析音乐教育专业大学生应具备的的综合素质， 以及培养音乐教育专业大学生综合素质的重要性，通过谈音乐教育专业大学生综合素质培养的实践途径，并结合自身来试论音乐教育专业大学生综合素质的培养。

Abstract: This music education major in college students as the research object, this paper discusses how to cultivate music education major college students' integrated qualities. Therefore, the author music education college students should have the comprehensive quality of music education major, and cultivate the importance of college students' integrated qualities music education major, by talking about the cultivation of students' integrated qualities, and combined with practical ways to try to talk about the music education major itself the cultivation of college students' integrated qualities.

通过自己的教学实践，我认为大学生的综合素质培养和评价，是当前教育领域和社会用人单位共同关注的热点问题，其内容具有很强的现实性。建立科学、直观、可操作性强并且能够反映学生素质个性特点的素质评价体系，能够加强素质教育的过程管理和提高大学生的综合素质水平；因此，要力求处理好一般要求与个性发展的关系，全面发展与以学为主的关系；要从培养学生综合素质入手，将学生的专业素质培养与养成教育相结合，将由学校倡导与自我成才要求相结合；通过评价促进素质教育的发展，通过大学生素质的培养又丰富了评价内容，二者相互促进，一定能够造就出一批适应社会发展需要、能够参与人才竞争、品学兼优、富有开拓精神和创新能力的优秀人才。
