摘要: 芭蕾是一种优美的艺术,它的表演形式非常高雅，是人类文明进步的精华所在。芭蕾基础训练在舞蹈表演中起着至关重要的作用，坚持进行芭蕾基础训练的演员，其身体柔韧度和技能都非常好，在此基础上带来的精彩编排和演绎才是最完美的。本文首先简单叙述了一下芭蕾舞的由来和发展，其次讲解了芭蕾舞基本训练的要点，最后对芭蕾基础训练的价值做出了多方面的阐述。

ABSTRACT:Ballet is a kind of graceful art, it‘s performing form is very elegant. It’s the essence of human civilization and progress. Basic Training is very important in ballet performances. By training Ballet, many actors improved their flexibility and physical skills. Base on the training, their performing became more perfect. In this article, first, I briefly describe what the origin and development of ballet; then I explain the main points of ballet training; finally, I describe the value of the basic training.
