摘要：芭蕾经过三百多年的历史已经达到硕果累累的界境，其中代表作《天鹅》《睡美人》等，都以优美的舞姿，炫丽的灯光，丰富的舞台背景给无数观众留下了深刻的印象，芭蕾舞发展的时间最长，训练最科学是经过无数个老艺术家研究的一套科学的训练体系，其中跳跃旋转也是芭蕾舞中绐终贯彻的动作组成部分，但是无论是跳跃还是旋转，都始终离不开plie的训练，那么，我们如何很好的训练呢？如何将这个手动作发挥最大的训练价值呢？本文对其做了认真的研究希望能让舞者朋友们了解到plie的重要性和重要意义并加以重视。
