摘 要:电力是现在使用最为广泛且地位非常重要的能源,随着中国工业的不断发展,此时用电安全性和可靠性的问题就体现出来了,电气设备作为供电系统的重要组成部分,它本身的性能及质量影响着供电系统是否安全可靠的运行。本次设计是依据冶金机械修造厂提供的相关资料设计一个总降压变电所及高压配电系统。首先依据机修厂提供的相关资料,详细的对该机修厂进行了负荷计算,通过无功补偿来提高系统的功率因数减少电能的损耗,并且依据负荷情况对变压器的台数和容量进行了选择。依据工厂的布局和负荷情况确定了总降压变电所的所址,总降压变电所一次侧的接线方式为内桥式,二次侧为单母线分段。接着为了确保系统安全的运行,进行了短路计算,根据计算结果,对变电所的一次设备以及进出线进行了选择与校验。最后我们对变电所进行继电保护的整定、防雷保护措施的选择和接地装置的设计以此来增加系统的安全性。

ABSTRACT:Electricity is now the most widely used and very important position in energy,with the continuous development of China's industrial,The electrical safety and reliability problems manifested,Electrical equipment as an important part of the power supply system,Itself affect the performance and quality of power supply system is safe and reliable operation.The design is based on machinery repair have designed a total step-down substation and power distribution systems.First of all, based on the information provided by the machinery repair, the machinery repair load calculation, reactive power compensation to improve the power factor of the system to reduce the power loss, and were selected based on the load conditions on the number and capacity of the transformer station.Determined based on the layout of the factory and load the address of the step-down substation, step-down substation wiring for single busbar wiring.Then, in order to ensure the safe operation of the system, short circuit calculation, based on the results of substation equipment and inlet and outlet selection and calibration.Finally, we substation relay protection setting, the selection and design of the grounding device for lightning protection measures in order to increase the security of the system.
