摘要:本文详细介绍了在某电力股份有限公司某漕泾电厂(2×1000MW)工程项目过程中的环境影响评价，在了解项目概况，调查环境现状的前提下，对其可能对环境造成的影响进行分析，预测和评价，对环境影响的经济损益进行分析，从而得出环境影响评价结论。环境影响评价是一项技术，也是正确认识经济发展、社会发展和环境发展之间相互关系的科学方法，是正确处理经济发展使之符合国家总体利益和长远利益，强化环境管理的有效手段，对确定经济发展方向和保护环境等一系列重大决策上都有重要的指导作用。环境影响评价是对一个地区的自然条件、资源条件、环境质量条件和社会经济发展现状进行综合分析研究过程，它是根据一个地区的环境、社会、资源的综合能力，使人类活动不利于环境的影响限制到最小。
本文分别从大气，水，噪声，固体废弃物等不同角度入手，对该工程施工期和运营期可能产生的环境影响进行了系统的分析和预测。在工程建设和运行中，有关部门采取各种切实可行的措施，落实各项污染防治及生态保护措施，切实保护好项目周围的环境质量，将本工程对环境的影响减少到最低程度，确保达标排放。
