摘要:仓储管理是物流业中的重要环节,在各中小型公司发挥着举足轻重的作用,为企业的生产和管理活动提供了有效的管理手段。仓储管理系统的自动化、系统化和规范化,为中小电脑公司的仓储管理减少了成本,提高了库存利用率。它不同于以往的人工管理方法,采用了信息化技术,解决了存储量大、信息量多等缺点,同时还减少了业务人员在处理过程中发生的各种问题与错误。因此,实现仓储管理信息化,能减少物力、人力、财力的浪费,提高了企业的工作效率,增强了企业的综合竞争力。

   本文通过对设计背景的调查,针对中小电脑公司仓储管理的实际情况,归纳出了系统的需求分析与可行性分析报告,据此设计了符合企业的仓储管理系统。系统以SQL Server 2000作为后台数据库,采用ASP语言和DW工具来设计的,具有简单、高效、功能强大等特点。本文着重介绍中小电脑公司仓储管理系统的开发背景、需求分析、功能模块、业务流程、数据库设计、系统实现等一系列开发流程。该系统主要实现产品信息、供应商信息、客户信息、员工信息、仓库信息管理等基础资料,以及产品入库、产品出库、库存盘点、退货管理、库存警戒、报表统计查询等几大功能。

Abstract:Warehouse management is an important part of logistics, plays a crucial role in the small and medium-sized companies and provides effective management means for enterprise production and management activities. Automated, systematic and standardized warehouse management system can reduce the cost for the warehouse management of small and medium-sized computer company and improve the utilization rate of the inventory. It is different from the previous methods by artificial management, and uses information technology to solve the large storage capacity, large amount of information problems, at the same time also reduces the problems and errors in business personnel occurring during processing. Therefore, implementation of warehouse management informationization, can reduce the material resources, human, financial waste, improve the efficiency of enterprises and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.

   In this paper, through the investigation for the design background, and according to the actual situation of warehouse management for small and medium computer company, work out the requirements analysis report and feasibility analysis report of system, and design the warehouse management system to meet the enterprise. The system uses SQL Server 2000 as the background database, designed by ASP language and the DW tools, which has the advantages of simple, efficient, powerful function. This paper focuses on the warehouse management system development background, requirement analysis, functional module, business processes, database design, system implementation and a series of development process. This system main realization the basic data of product information, supplier information, customer information, employee information, warehouse information management, and several functions such as storage products, products, inventory, return management, inventory warning and statistics inquiry.
