摘要:随着工业等行业的快速发展,模具在生产中的作用越来越重要,其地位也在不断上升。尤其是最近几年,冲压模具工业的发展很快,在国民经济中的影响地位日趋明显。
本设计主要是对压圈模具进行设计,通过对零件进行分析和各种方案的比较,最终设计出一幅完整的冲压模具设备。
1.对零件进行分析,了解其冲压特性,在后面设计过程中根据零件特性进行冲压设备的设计和选择。
2.模具的主要设计,主要是关于模具类型选择、凹凸模的刃口尺寸设计及弹簧计算等。
3.标准件的选用,主要是在凹凸模设计和零件分析的基础上根据实际需要选择合适的标准件。
4.使用Autocad和UG等软件绘制出模具的三维图、爆炸图、二维装配图。
通过整个设计过程说明该模具能够达到所要求的加工工艺,并且能够批量生产冲裁件,生产效率较高。

Abstract:With the rapid development of industries, mold production is more and more important, its status is also on the rise. Especially in recent years, the development of die and mould industry in the national economy is faster, the influence of status become increasingly obvious.
This topic is to design a pressure ring mold design. Through the process of analysis of parts and comparison of various programs.Finally,we can obtain a complete stamping die equipment.
First ,we should analyse the materials of product ,and make its characteristics of stamping clear; then we can design the equipment of stamping according it.
Second ,the main design of mould, inclduding the type of mould, the design of convex and concane die and the calculation of spring.
Third,choosing standard parts:the main work is to choose approriate parts basing on the design of convex and concave die and the analysis of parts.
Fourth, using software ,like Autocad ,UG and so on, to draw the graphic model and assembly drawing.
Through the whole design process , a conclusion can be made is that the mould designed can meet the qualification,in addition ,it can improve production efficiency.
