摘要:水龙头是我们生活中必不可少的设备之一,在使用水龙头的过程中,大多数人会因为突然停水而忘记关闭水龙头,当再次来水的时候,水的浪费现象严重。随着科学的发展,对水龙头的设计要求也越来越高,但是大部分研究都只是停留在跑冒漏滴的问题上,从停水自闭方面研究的还相对较少,市面上也很少有售。本设计针对这个问题展开研究,设计一机械式的停水自闭水龙头,满足停水后自动关闭,再来水也不会出水的功能。
本次毕业设计是停水自闭水龙头设计。在进行毕业设计期间,我首先针对性地查询了相关网络资料,深入了解现阶段水龙头的发展趋势,进而了解设计课题所要掌握的基本环节,认真学习本设计的设计方法和步骤。然后对水龙头的外观、常规尺寸、材料以及常用水龙头阀芯等方面的资料进行搜集和整理,根据相关资料对关键零件进行设计计算。最后完成UG建模和绘制CAD图,再按要求认真撰写毕业设计论文。

Abstract:Faucet is necessary in our life, one of the equipment used in the process of the faucet, most people will forget because suddenly close the faucet water inflow again, when, when the serious waste of water. With the development of science, the design requirement of faucet more and more is also high, but most studies have only stay on the issue run risk, from the aspects of water since closed on the market is relatively less, rarely available. This design to solve this problem, a mechanical design on the water faucet, meet since closed after shutdown shut down automatically, then the function of water inflow wouldn't.
The graduation design is water faucet designs since closed. During the graduation design, first I pointed inquires the relevant network material, understanding the development trend of present faucet, and understand what design task to master the basic link to earnestly study and the design methods and steps of design. Then on to tap appearance, size, material and common conventional valve core. the etc tap data collected and sorting, according to relevant data to key parts design calculation. Finally finish UG modeling and rendering CAD drawings, then press the graduation design dissertation written request seriously.

设计目的及意义
在日常生活中往往会因为忘记关闭水龙头,当再次来水的时候,严重 造成水资源浪费,甚至造成财产损失。现有的水龙头一般不能起到停水后自动关闭的作用。普通水龙头经常出现停水忘关、关不严等现象,究其原因主要有以下几种情况:
1、没有节水意识:如开大水龙头冲洗水果、洗衣服、冲拖把等;
2、疏忽大意:如用水时突然停水没关水龙头或停水时打开水龙头见没水忘关了等或用完水后随便一拧没有拧紧;
因此仅仅凭着宣传和经济处罚等手段是不够的,必须依靠强有力的科技手段来实现保护水资源。目前广泛使用的陶瓷芯,其密封性能优良,但还不能解决以上几种情况。
所以设计一机械式的停水自闭水龙头,满足停水后自动关闭,再来水也不会出水的功能,是很有意义的一项研究。为倡导节约水资源,避免人为失误而造成浪费,本设计旨在运用简单技术,获得最大收益!
