摘 要:弧形连铸拉矫机是钢铁冶炼重要设备之一。其功能是拉坯并矫直钢坯,因此是炼铁的主要设备。它的可靠性和使用性能直接关系到钢铁的生产效率。由于近年来炼钢设备精准化,因此对连铸矫直机要求也在不断提高。
本设计主要根据某企业120*120方坯生产的操作需求,优化设计了弧型连铸矫直机的驱动方式和移送机构。本文主要包括:弧型连铸矫直机的工作原理及传动方案论证;各部件尺寸的确定;各部件材料的选取;矫直力的分析与计算;传动部分主要零件的选择、计算与校核;轴承寿命计算;摇臂液压缸的选择与计算;弧型连铸矫直机的安装与维护。通过对弧型连铸矫直机的优化设计,使连铸矫直机能更安全、迅速、精准的矫直方坯。可以生产出平直度标更高的钢坯,高效地开展炼钢生产,确保最终达到提高炼钢生产效率的目的。

Abstract:Curved continuous casting of steel straightening machine is one of the important equipment smelting。Its function is to billet casting and straightening,So is the main equipment of iron。Its reliability and performance is directly related to steel production efficiency。In recent years the precision of steelmaking equipment,the casting requirements are also rising leveler。
The design is mainly based on an enterprise 120 * 120 billet operational requirements,Optimal design of the curved casting leveler drive and transfer agency。This article consists of:Casting arc straightening machine works and transmission demonstration program;To determine the size of each component;The selection of the component materials;Straightening Analysis and Calculation;Transmission choice of some of the major components、Calculation and Verification;Bearing life calculation;Arm hydraulic cylinder selection and calculation;Casting arc straightening machine installation and maintenance。Through the arc casting leveler Optimization,Continuous casting straightening function more safe、rapid、precise straightening billet。Can produce a higher flatness standard billet,Efficient conduct of steelmaking,Ensure the efficiency and ultimately achieve the purpose of improving steelmaking。
