摘  要:通过对传统刀具制造业的介绍,了解到传统的六方孔拉刀设计方法是一个繁琐、效率较低的设计过程。而且一旦设计出的六方孔不符合设计要求,又要重新设计,这显然跟不上社会的需求。本文首先对六方孔拉刀的参数计算,然后在UG环境下的进行三维建模,利用UG的二次开发功能,对六方孔拉刀进行参数化设计,最终实现提高六方孔拉刀的设计精度、缩短设计周期、保障设计质量、降低开发成本的目的。

   本文对UG平台、UG的发展史和参数化设计做了介绍,以及对国内外CAD技术发展的现状分析,了解到参数化设计的发展必将带来CAD技术的革新,参数化设计必将成为CAD技术的一大趋势。

Abstract:Based on the traditional tool manufacturing, knowing that six square hole broach the traditional design method is a design process of a complex, low efficiency. And once the designed six square hole does not meet design requirements, but also to design, this is obviously not keep up with the demand of the society. This paper firstly calculating parameters of six square hole broach, then carry on three-dimensional modeling under the environment of UG, utilizing the two development function of UG, parametric design for six square hole broach, and ultimately improve the design accuracy, six square hole broach and shorten the design cycle, ensure the design quality, decrease the cost of development.

   The development history and parameters on the UG platform, UG this paper describes the design, analysis and the current situation of the development of CAD technology at home and abroad, to understand the development will bring CAD parametric design technology innovation, parametric design will become a major trend of CAD technology.
