摘  要:圆孔拉刀是孔类零件批量加工过程的专用刀具。传统的圆孔拉刀设计多以手工绘图为主。由于圆孔拉刀结构复杂,参数的计算量较大,绘制也非常繁琐,制造起来就相对麻烦。而采用参数化的方法就能有效的避免这一问题。参数化设计是通过该改变图形的某一部分或全部的尺寸,或修改已经定义好的零件参数,自动完成对图形中相关部分的改变,从而实现对图形的驱动。本文就是采用了参数化的方式,在UG平台上对圆孔拉刀进行了设计。文中,先是对圆孔拉刀的概念、参数计算,及UG/OPEN这个开发平台进行了简要介绍。然后对圆孔拉刀在UG中的具体造型和UG的二次开发做了较为详尽的介绍。最终得出了可以进行参数变换的圆孔拉刀三围特征模型。

Abstract:Round broach is a special tool hole parts batch processing. Round broach design traditional by manual drawing. Because the hole broach complicated structure, high parameter calculation, drawing is also very tedious, relatively trouble. Using parametric methods can effectively avoid this problem. Parametric design is through the change pattern of part or all of the size, or modifying the component parameters have been defined, automatically for the relevant part pattern change, thus to drive the graphics. This paper is the use of a parametric approach, in the UG platform is designed to round broach. In this paper, first the concept, calculation of hole broach parameter, and the UG/Open development platform are introduced in this paper. Then gives a detailed introduction of two development to specific modeling and UG round broach in UG. Finally reached the round broach measurements model parameters can be transform.
