摘 要:推钢机的位置在加热炉炉前,在冶金轧钢生产线上将钢坯推进加热炉加热的一种专用设备。旧式生产线上常用机械式推钢机,其体积比较庞大,价格昂贵,出故障率高,维护比较困难。
随着轧钢生产技术的发展,液压推钢机的出现;使推钢技术取得了重大的进步。利用了液压系统体积小,推力大,操作方便等优点。使推料工序很大程度上简化。更重要的是设备生产成本降低。推钢机的种类很多,各有其优缺点。常见的有齿轮齿条式,液压式,丝杠螺母式,曲柄连杆式等。在不同加热炉前发挥着各自不同的作用。
本论文研究的主要内容是齿轮齿条式推钢机,其原理是齿轮齿条啮合把齿轮旋转运动转变为齿条的直线运动,带动推杆进行推钢工作。优点工作比较可靠,传动效率高,行程大。缺点是设备比较笨重。就中国各大冶金企业而言,齿轮齿条式推钢机应用最为广泛。丝杠螺母式和曲柄连杆式工作效率低,行程和推力较小,常用于小型加热炉。液压式推钢机相对机械优势很大。所以,现在国内外都很重视液压式推钢机的的开发与设计。

Abstract:Pusher is behind the heating furnace ,Pusher will promote the billet heating furnace of a special device in steel rolling production line. It used for mechanical pusher in old production line, Relatively large size, Expensive, the high failure rate and maintenance more difficult.
With the development of the steel rolling technology , Hydraulic Pusher appearing; it make Pusher technology has made significant advances. The use of the hydraulic system thrust, small size and other advantages of easy operation. Greatly simplifies the process of pushing, equipment costs. Pusher have many different types, each with its advantages and disadvantages; for example ,rack and pinion, hydraulic, screw nut type, crank-style and so on. Different pushers play their different roles.
Rack and pinion pusher drive through the rack and pinion gear meshing rotary motion into linear motion of the rack, driven pusher for pushing steel work. Advantages are that work is reliable, high transmission efficiency, thrust and large stroke. Disadvantage is heavy. On China's major metallurgical enterprises, rack and pinion Pusher broader application. Screw nut type and crank-style low efficiency, stroke and thrust minor, commonly used in small furnace. Hydraulic Pusher is directly pushed by the hydraulic cylinder rod work. there are Advantages of simple structure, thrust, light weight, can achieve step less speed and itinerary easy to control..
