摘 要:随着社会的进步,经济的发展,人民生活水平的提高,人们对布匹颜色的要求明显提高,因此色差检测设备在纺织印染行业有着重要的应用。为了消除人眼在产品检测中的主观差异,采取机器视觉检测的方法对工业产品进行色差检测。在纺织行业,颜色的测量与控制愈来愈受到现代工业制造者的重视,测色仪器也倍受青睐。应用CAD/CAM技术进行产品的数字化设计制造是当前产品研发的一个热点问题,通过应用CAD软件进行色差测试仪产品的数字化设计与制造可以使学生了解机械行业的先进设计技术,掌握先进的数字化设计制造理念和知识;熟悉机械产品的开发设计流程,能够熟练应用大型CAD集成软件完成产品的开发设计工作。色差测试设备的数字化设计中,首先要考虑工业像机的传动设计。根据生产需要和产品色彩条的布置位置来确定工业像机的传动方式,然后确定X-Y坐标平台,滚动导轨,滚珠丝杠和电动机型号。设计零件时绘画二维图,再由二维图绘成三维图,进行装配,检查系统的设计是否合理。

   本课题设计主要通过熟练掌握UG软件和AUTO-CAD软件,分别对色差检测设备建立三维,二维模型以及结构设计,并完成装配建模,计算校核选定色差检测设备的关键部件的型号,如滚珠丝杠,导轨,电机等,从而完成产品的数字样机,并绘制完整的工程图纸包括装配图纸及其零部件图纸一套。

ABSTRACT:With the development of modern society and economy, people's living standards are improving. Cloth color requirements are significantly improved by the public. The chromatic aberration detection has its important applications in the textile printing and dyeing industry. In order to eliminate the subjective differences of human eye in product testing, it takes the machine vision detection method for chromatic aberration detection for industrial products. In the textile industry, the color measurement and control become more and more attention of the modern industrial manufacturer, and color measurement instruments are also much acclaimed. Digitized design manufacturing technology of application of CAD / CAM conduct product is a hot spot problem of current product development, carrying out digitized design and manufacturing of the color test instrument products  through the application of CAD software can make the students understand the advanced design technology of the machinery industry, to master the advanced digitized design manufacturing concepts and knowledge to be familiar with the mechanical product development and design process, and complete product development and design work through skilled application of large-scale integrated CAD software. During the process of digital design of component test equipment, we must firstly consider the transmission design of industrial camera. According to production needs and arrangement position of product color bar, we can determine the transmission mode of the industrial camera, and then determine the platform of X-Y coordinates, rolling guide, ball screw and motor model. When designing the parts, we need plot the two-dimensional drawing, and then plot three-dimensional diagram by the two-dimensional drawing. We can inspect the reasonableness of system design after assembling the parts. 

   Design of this project need create three-dimensional model, two-dimensional model and structural design for chromatic aberration testing equipment through mastering UG software and AUTO-CAD software respectively, and complete the assembly modeling. It need select the model of the key components of chromatic aberration testing equipment through calculation and check, such as ball screws, rail, and motor and so on. So we can complete the digital prototype of the product, and draw a complete engineering drawing including a set of assembly drawings and the parts drawings.
