摘 要:随着现代社会经济的飞速发展,粮食加工机械在我国的社会发展中处于不可或缺的地位,稻米类加工更是处于前列。焊接支架是各种机器的外包装零件,普遍应用在各种粮食机械中,此次设计的米机筛框焊接支架是大米加工设备中外壳零件,对米机的整体稳定性,甚至对大米的加工质量都起到重要作用。

   米机筛框支架零件的工装设计,紧密结合生产实践。本次设计根据给定的技术参数,首先由钢材经过裁剪,再和其它零件焊接成为一个部件,为保证焊接后产品精度,需要经过铣、钻、镗等一系列的机械加工。而在该零件机械加工中需要设计必要的工装,对其进行定位、夹紧,以保证零件的加工精度要求。本课题的特点一是对焊接工装的设计,二是最后平面精度的保证。

   通过这次对米机筛框支架零件的工装设计,使我熟悉了大米加工机械的很多机构和精度要求,了解了很多关于焊接工艺方面的知识,让我对所学习的关于工装设计知识有了进一步的完善。

ABSTRACT:With the rapid development of modern social economy, food processing machinery in China's social development is an indispensable position in the rice processing is at the forefront of the class. Welding machines support a variety of packaging components, widely used in a variety of food machinery, the design of the rice machine screen frame is a welded frame in the case of rice processing equipment parts, the overall stability of the m machines, and even rice have played an important role in processing quality. 

    Rice machine screen frame support part of the tooling design, working closely with the production practice. The design according to the given technical parameters, first by cutting through steel, and other parts and then welded into a component, to ensure the accuracy of welded products, need to go through milling, drilling, boring and a series of mechanical processing. The machining of the parts need to design the necessary tooling, its positioning, clamping, in order to ensure the machining accuracy. One of the characteristics of the subject weld tooling design, and second, to ensure the accuracy of the final plane. 

    Through the support of m machine parts tooling screen frame design, so I am familiar with the rice processing machinery, many organizations and accuracy requirements, learn a lot about the welding process knowledge, so I learned about tooling design knowledge With further refinement.
