摘 要:自行车,又称脚踏车或单车,以脚踏板传动为动力,是人们日常出行的绿色环保交通工具,使用最广。当自行车制动以后速度很慢,行驶不稳定,当再次驱动的时候又不像汽车和电动车一样靠发动机和电驱动,人需要花费很大的力,感觉会很吃力,原因是惯性力的存在破坏了力的平衡,要解决此问题就要尽快提高行驶速度,而从低速作加速运动时,则需要做更大的功。

   本设计主要介绍了两种在普通26英寸自行车上进行改造,装上助力驱动装置的方案。方案一,通过曲柄连杆滑块机构,将自行车轮胎变形所产生的力传递给轮轴从而带动后轮转动减少人所产生的驱动力。方案二,通过带传动和齿轮传动,将制动力储存起来,启动时通过单向离合器传动给车轮带动车轮转动。

   本设计通过CaTiaV5三维绘图软件进行实体设计,采用较为简单的机构安装在车轮跟车架上,轻便,拆装容易,现市场上还没有此项装置,拥有较好的发展前景。

ABSTRACT:Bicycle, bicycle or bike to say again, pedal transmission power, is the green traffic tool of daily out, the most widely used. When the bicycle brake after the speed is very slow, running unstable, when once again driven and not cars and electric cars driven by engine and electricity, people need to spend a great deal of force, will feel sweaty, reason is inertia force of the destruction of the balance of forces, to solve this problem we must as soon as high running speed, and from the low speed accelerated motion, you need to do more work.

   This paper introduces the design of two kinds of transformation in common 26 inch bicycle, mounted on the power device scheme. Scheme, through the crank and connecting rod mechanism, the bicycle tire deformation force is transferred to the shaft so as to drive the rear wheels to rotate to reduce the driving force generated by the people. Scheme two, through a belt drive and gear drive, the braking force will be stored, started by a one-way clutch transmission to the wheels drive the rotation of the wheels.

   The design of physical design through 3D CaTiaV5 software, using a simpler mechanism is mounted on the wheel and frame, lightweight, easy disassembly, now on the market is not the device, has good prospects for development.
